Positive: Great location in central downtown Mcminnville. Liked the room, kitchen well equipped with complimentary coffee, tea, bottle of wine and some local chocolates. Bed was super comfy. Pet friendly

Negative: Creaky floors on 3rd floor above us. I guess that is to be expected in old buildings with wooden floors. One bedroom with no windows. Street parking-although it turned out fine. Room a/c units with hoses falling off window attachments.

Summary: Nice apartment in heart of historic downtown.

Positive: The host was great, very responsive and offered wonderful suggestions on where to go and what to see in the area. The flat was very large, spacious, comfortable and well decorated. The location is central and easy to walk to anything in town. Free, ample parking right across the street.

Negative: The bathroom was very small, especially compared to the large size of the flat. I could tell this before booking, so not a big deal, but we did have to use the kitchen area to be able to spread out a bit while both of us were getting ready. For a 4 night stay, could have offered more coffee.

Summary: Beautiful, welcoming wine country weekend!

Positive: Beautifully design hotel lobby and apartment with all amenities including washer drier and even detergent. Complementary lovely bottle of wine in the apt and free expresso/cappuccino at the reception desk. Exceptionally helpful staff. Really a lovely stay!

Positive: Room was a very spacious space and quite nicely decorated.

Negative: For me the stairs was not a bit of an issue as I have some hip and knee issues. a minor issue would be the exceptionally low sink in the bathroom.

Positive: Cute, comfortable and cozy. Unlike the usual generic hotel rooms. Great location and very walkable.

Negative: No elevator but not a deterrent for us.
