Positive: What I liked about my stay at Cozy Commercial Oasis was that it was clean, cozy and close to stores, restaurants and getting to the skytrain was only a short bus ride away. What I enjoyed most was how helpful and attentive Sue was during our stay. Always asking if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an enjoyable, safe place experience in Vancouver.

Positive: It was very convenient for local bus it was very clean and tidy.

Negative: Just a little bit out of town but bus stop very close.

Summary: Great if you don’t mind public transport which we didn’t. It a great place to stay though we thought a little over price

Positive: The neighborhood was quiet and not too far from Public transport although we mostly used Uber. It's a very pleasant 15-minute walk to the Commercial Drive which is quite lively with coffee shops, pubs, restaurants etc. The Studio itself has everything for a comfy stay. Although there is no cook top, the kitchen is well equipped otherwise - hot water kettle, Coffee maker, Microwave, fridge.

Negative: There wasn't enough natural light as the studio is configured on one side of the house and the space between the houses is quite tight which is, I guess, typical of Vancouver. It was obvious there were other tenants at the house but overall, this was not an issue.

Summary: Decent value for a stay in Vancouver.
