Summary: Stay was one night. Is close to downtown and trendy restaurants and bars. Only complaint would be neighbors let noisy dogs out early 7amish) and barked the whole time. This is not however the fault of this property owner.

Summary: Very cute home. We enjoyed our stay. Very clean and modern. We loved the idea of having plates and utensils for the little one. (Sometimes it's the little things) The only problem we had was the parking. Parking was hard to find, but I think that is a very common problem in California.

Summary: What a cozy spot! Myself and 7 friends were visiting San Diego for a quick weekend vacation to celebrate my birthday and this ended up being the perfect spot for everything we wanted to do while there. It was located just out of the city center, but Uber rides were less than 10 to every location. Beach, bars, restaurants were all a short ride away. The amenities were all new and upgraded. The place was nice and clean. Everyone still felt like they had enough space. I couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The street parking didn’t even bother us because there always seemed to be spots right in front of the home. Victoria topped it off by going above and beyond with a kind customized welcome basket and a card. She was friendly and communicative which I very much appreciated and I would recommend her home to any of my friends taking a trip to SD.

Summary: I can honestly say that there was no surprises with our stay as the property listing was spot on. All communication with the host was friendly and she was also prompt to answer my reservation update request before check in. This house was perfect for our adult weekend trip as we were in town for a baseball game and to check out Gaslamp and Old Town. We had our car (it’s only street parking but we had no issues finding a spot in front of the house) but chose to utilize Uber, which was always available within minutes for pick-up. In regards to the house, it was clean and cozy. The beds were very comfortable and we found ourselves relaxing and chatting in the front yard often as it was a beautiful San Diego day and we appreciated the privacy that the trees and front fence brought to the house. We enjoyed our stay, and would definitely be a returning guest when we find ourself back in San Diego.
