Negative: Did not indicate on listing not handicapp friendly- stairs only. Also had to wait outside in windy, rain for 45 minutes for them to sort payment and give me code to get in. I had paid the minute they requested but 3 hours later they are still looking for it.

Positive: This is a very lovely property, comfortable, clean and spacious for our group of six. The kitchen was well kitted out, with good appliances. The beds are excellent with good linens, and there are two bathrooms, and a nicely furnished lounge area for everyone to gather in to visit or watch TV. The lockbox worked perfectly, although you have to ensure you put a system in place as there is only one set of keys. A nice neighbourhood with a few cafés and a grocery store, and an easy 10 minute walk to Belmont Stn on the Blue Line subway, straight into the city from there. The hosts communicated with us very well, providing all the instructions for arrival and exit in advance, and were very responsive to the few questions we had. We really enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend this property.

Positive: Loved the modern look in the apartment. It was very homey and bright. Loved the Sipping Turtle cafe downstairs.

Negative: The only complaint was in the bathroom with the tub the water was only lukewarm. But it wasn’t a big deal.

Summary: Very affordable and location was nice as it wasn’t in the heart of the city of close
