Negative: The bed across from restroom in hallway, had a broken slat, mattress needs to be replaced so low to the floor

Positive: The house is beautiful, had a fully stocked kitchen, and beds were comfortable. The AC worked great. Rocking chairs on the front porch was a nice touch. Overall, it was well worth the price.

Negative: The landscaping needs to be cleaned up, lawn needs to be cut, bushes and shrubs need to be trimmed, and pulling into the driveway will take off your bumper if you're not careful. The refrigerator was loud.

Positive: Restaurants are very close to the house. They were about 4 miles from the property. Very convenient to highway and grocery stores. Easy access to Nashville and airport. It is peaceful and beautifully surrounded by green pastures. I would rent it again.

Negative: The TV wasn't working in the living room. Towel racks fell when pressed. They need to be attached.

Summary: We were there for a funeral. The house is small but cozy. It can sleep 8 but 6 is more comfortable

Positive: Out in the country, very quiet and quite private. We had all the amenities we needed and the house was very clean and ready. We would go back here.

Negative: A few small repairs are needed. The main washroom toilet runs steady, and when we tried to shut it off to save water and stop the hissing sound, we found that the shut of doesn't work. The driveway is washed out right across the top as you come off the road. Hard on running boards.
