Positive: The host was so sweet and caring and made sure all our needs were met! The area was nice the condo was right next to the pool so I can keep an eye on my teens. Everything was supplied as far as soap shampoo conditioner feminine products. Even had some spices for the kitchen.

Negative: Everything was perfect there was nothing I disliked

Summary: The family and I really enjoyed our stay and we definitely plan on coming back!

Positive: The location is great for going out and exploring. All areas were clean and equipped.

Negative: We had a few issues trying to work some of the tv’s.

Positive: With the terrace you get the extra space and the two patios.

Negative: We were not informed about the beach damage until we asked. Half the outlets in the kitchen didn't work. One ceiling fan by the front door was missing a blade so you couldn't use it.

Positive: The host was helpful and responsive. 24 hour security and Proximity to activities was a plus - 1/2 way between San Juan & Fajardo. There’s a little convenience store and bakery right up the road. The 2 balconies and roof top terrace are great. The back balcony overlooks the pool so I could see my son. Front balcony is awesome view in morning.

Negative: It’s 4 flights of stairs. Kitchen is small. The private beach was pretty non-existent due to storms. The pools were nice. Infinity pool needs algae cleaned from walls & several tiles need replacing. The hot tub is a warm tub and the jets never seemed to be on. There didn’t seem to be any lights over the dining table or living room space. There was no BBQ grill.
