Positive: Very well equipt everything we needed for a Family weekend away, very much home from home. Selection of toys & books which the grandchildren enjoyed & our small dog also catered for. Great location & a lovely setting with plenty of outside seating for dining & relaxing

Positive: The caravan was the delight of the holiday, it's spacious clean and has an abundance of home living essentials, made the kids days with free WiFi and TVs in most rooms so everyone had their space. A home from home for sure, so good in fact we have already booked another trip for next year. 100 out of 10 for the van it was perfect the park, it is what it is fine for those with young kids but was basically for us anyway our base for holiday in the new forest. Swimming was a plus though to be honest.

Negative: Staff in the onsite facilities. . . . nothing at all to do with the caravan could have been more helpful especially on the first night as food was awful and accused us of trying to get a free meal out of them for cold poorly cooked food but was eventually after a day rectified and the meal was a solid 100 that night.
