Positive: House was lovely, everything you needed was supplied, great location for City.

Negative: Down stairs tiled floors needed a good clean as feet were grubby by the end of each day. Neighbours children very noisy.

Positive: Central location to walk into Cardiff and local restaurants and bars. We had parking for 2 vehicles and host made it easy to arrange a street parking permit. Having 3 bathrooms across all floors was really useful.

Negative: Our hire cars were quite large and it was a bit tight to get into rear garage but this is just as an fyi for future guests. There were tiny shards of glass on a rug, obviously a previous guest had smashed something without saying so we had to give it a really good going over and remove it whilst there as we had small toddlers.

Summary: A really great short stay at a lovely house and we would not hesitate to stay again.

Positive: The property was exactly as pictured, to the highest quality. The communication and care shown by the host was exceptional. A fantastic, spacious and beautifully decorated property. We all felt comfortable and at home immediately, so well laid out with many bathrooms and plenty of space. Highly recommend. It was a very quick Uber ride to the city centre or easily walkable.

Negative: Nothing. It was perfect and exactly what we had hoped for.

Summary: Exceptional; a wonderful host and a superb property.
