Positive: The view from the reception area is amazing.

Negative: Ensure you don’t book standard room as you have no view out any windows they have film on them. No hot water and bed and pillows shocking. We are not fussy travellers but this was not an enjoyable stay unfortunately. Located away from main centre up very very steep hill. Asked for few items from staff and not delivered.

Positive: Location was excellent with a panoramic view of kandy city. The staff was excellent, both at reception and the housekeeping staff. Very helpfull. The rooms were super clean and nice and cozy.

Negative: Food was very average. Portions were very small. Pool was just a namesake and was very small. We didn't opt for the breakfast with our booking, and otherwise it was quite expensive and they didn't have a-la-carte option for breakfast.

Positive: Super friendly host, arranged everything we needed, all good with the rooms, the view outside. Helpful staff and very courteous. The weather was great and the hotel was easy to locate

Positive: They trying to make everything possible and good for us. The breakfast was nice

Negative: The food was a bit expensive and the service not really good, they forgot a lot of our orders. The rooms are really nois sensitive and so we had to switch rooms.
