Positive: The location is fantastic, and the owner is very friendly and welcoming. The view is absolutely stunning — you can see the entire Badulla town from both the balcony and the viewpoint. The hotel also offers free tea, which you can make yourself. They provide everything you need, including an electric kettle, cups, spoons, gas, and a cooker.
