Positive: The apartment is really central, mins from metro, and it was easy for us to get to most major landmarks and Disneyland. The apartment itself was very comfortable, has good amenities, and was a good fit for us and 2 young kids. Montemarte itself was awesome. There were lots of restaurants and bakeries. It was easy for us to find something for our fussy young eaters.

Negative: It didn't bother us or our kids, but it can be noisy at night. If you have little kids and they are light sleepers, this could be an issue

Positive: Location is very good. Apartment is light, large windows. Small, but equipped kitchen.

Negative: We could hear outside noise on the street as it is right above the street. Little fresh air. Two tables were in such a bad condition, that we did not use them not to break, even children were afftraid to play on them not to break the furniture. We used washing machine and there was no sign, that you have to turn some switch on the back of the machine to have the water - it should be written. Also we were 4 persons and appartment was not prepared for that - the blanket for sofa bed was wet so for the first night two of us slept without a blanket! The towells and toiletries were placed on the bed only for two persons we had to search for more for other persons, but there were only three sets left for us in total. Also there was some strange and rather loud ticking in bathroom all through the night.

Negative: Heater and TV didn't seem to be working. I think that more instructions for items around the house (such as the heater) could be more readily available.

Positive: The place was very practical and very comfortable to stay at! It has everything one can possibly need on a trip. Location was awesome, very well connected. Communication with the managers was good, they answered timely when we needed it. Overall, would highly recommend.

Negative: It is a bit noisy at night for people staying at the sofa bed, but it is understandable because of the lively area.
