Positive: A very spacious apartment with everything that a family could need. Wonderful to have two bathrooms and an additional toilet. The AC was useful as the weather was warm. The location for us was great and very good value for money - thank you.

Negative: Very minor point but a couple of the dining room chairs were a little wobbly.

Positive: Extremely spacious apartment that is beautifully decorated and an aircon outlet in every area. It is close to a few different metros. Kitchen is well stocked. The people administering the property was very nice and allowed us to leave our luggage earlier than the check in time especially helped due to one of the family being sick.

Negative: Nothing that we did not like, but it would be nice to have a “manual” to explain how to change the aircon in the various areas especially during heat wave.

Positive: Plenty of space for everyone in my group to have their own bedroom and beds. Having 2&1/2 bathrooms was very convenient as well. Kitchen and laundry machines worked great. Felt very safe in the apartment and it was very quiet as well. Shops and restaurants nearby. Two subway stations were in walking distance to make travel easy throughout the city. The air conditioner worked very well to keep the place nice and cold when it was so hot outside.

Negative: At this price point, laundry supplies would normally be expected to be provided. The electronic ignition for the gas cooktop was non-functional, so it is a bit unusual to have to light the burner manually. The inside of the refrigerator smelled of a strong vinegar odor (probably from a cleaning agent).
