Positive: The place is quiet and secure. Direct view of the ocean and the table mountain. Though a bit far one can actually have a glimpse of the Robben Ireland. Major Chain stores shops are about 5 minutes away driving. The inside swimming pools. The place is situated about 30 minutes away driving from the Waterfront mall where the booking and collection of tickets is at like Water charters boat rides and Robben Ireland tickets booking is facilitated.

Negative: The Lagoon beach being contaminated and not open for swimming and yet it is just in front of our facility.
