It is composed by seven bedrooms with en suite bathroom, five are double and two are double or twin. The common area is a big room with sofa and TV. At the first floor there is a big fireplace.
Amenities
In the garden are many trees of plum, cypresses, mulberry that shade a long L-shaped table for outdoor dining. A wide lawn is perfect for reclining on deck-chairs or playing games.
A lovely swimming-pool (m.10x4) overlooks the valley.
Free of charge WI-FI connection is available throughout the house.
N.B. For organisational reasons, momentarily, is not used the kitchen of the villa, but the residence,
has a very special agreement with the corporate restaurant which is at 1,3 km from the villa.
Prices include consumption of water, gas, electricity, final cleaning, linen for rooms and bathrooms (linen change is weekly).
Any consumption of air conditioning / heating is not included in the price and will be payable locally based on consumption.
Upon arrival, customers will have to provide a security deposit of € 500.00 which will be returned to them at the end of the stay minus the cost of any damages incurred.
Pets € 25.00 per week.
Toddler bed € 30.00 per week.
