Positive: It was a bit of an escape room game to enter all the codes and use the app. I was worried how things would go after understanding I had to download an app to enter the apartment, but the owner sent me very useful little videos and photos so it went very smoothly. Also the video instruction to use the private entrance to the Carrefour went super, only there wasn't a video how to get back and that is when I got lost.. Very comfortable apartment and value for money.

Positive: The flat was spacious and had a decent bedroom, bathroom and open plan kitchen/dining room/sitting room. The car parking was secure. The outside balcony a bonus, and very nice for breakfast. The location (after arrival we walked everywhere) perfect.

Negative: I was slightly nervous about the automated entry via the app - but in practice it worked well. Counter-intuitively, I think the owner over communicated before we arrived, which made the process for entry sound more complex than it was.

Summary: Great appartment, close to the historic centre, with secure parking!

Positive: Great, secure location. Very spacious for our party of 4.

Negative: We struggled with the entrance from the car park to the lift. We had to open the main garage door and walk round. When we left, one of the members of our party had to go back up to drop the key up as we needed it to get out of the car park.

Positive: The property is in a great location. It is spacious and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was large and had plenty of hot water. Good views out to the city. Safe parking. A real gem.

Negative: Getting into the property took a little bit of effort with downloading an app and using codes before actually getting into the property to get keys. In saying this at least you felt safe and secure. On leaving everything had to be put in the car and the car had to be parked outside the building which isn't always easy due to the traffic and then the keys returned to the apartment. I would still stay in this apartment even with these minor hassles.
