Summary: The place was decent except for the fact that it needed to be cleaner. We could not run the ceiling fan cause it was filthy. The floors were dirty. The beds were not comfortable at all. Paid a cleaning fee to have a clean place.

Summary: We headed to Saratoga Springs for a wedding. Everyone was encouraged to stay at a hotel, but I needed some SPACE - extra toilets, extra showers, room to sit and visit, trees, and sanctuary away from the group. We made the right decision! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Just a short drive (10 minutes) from everyone and the activities. Our host was A+! Easy to reach, quick to respond, and resolved minor issues within moments. The house was great! We could visit, snuggle up on couches, around the kitchen table, or outside looking at the birds and the sunrise (ideal). The home is welcoming and comforting, but not luxury (only stating in case one is looking for that). I was surprised (although it clearly stated in their listing) that one of the beds was a blow-up and one was a pull-out, but we made it work.
