Positive: The flat is the best. We can simply walk to the main attractions and close to the underground. The room is clean and big enough for 5 grownups. The kitchen is fully equipped. We’d like to choose this flat again if we had a chance to get back to London again in the future.

Positive: A great appartment, really well equipped and very suitable for a family. The location is really good, central & with good public transportation connections. The host was thoughtful & responsive and the little treats that were left for us were a great personal touch.

Positive: Great location--very convenient to Westminster, St. James Park, transportation. The flat is roomy with a very nice kitchen. The street is quiet and has some very convenient coffee cafes. The beds are super comfortable and the owner is very helpful.

Negative: The stairway is tight so it would not be a good location for someone who has difficulty climbing.

Summary: Convenient location and super comfortable flat. We highly recommend.

Positive: Location was ideal. Place was safe. Design and layout of flat was appealing. 2.5 baths and on-site washer/dryer were very convenient.

Negative: Washer/dryer was not best in terms of time and results. Cycle takes too long and dryer does not dry well

Positive: Clean and comfortable in a great location. Well presented and everything we could possibly need for a perfect stay. The host was very responsive. The local area is lovely and an easy stroll to the tube station (Victoria or Westminster). 35min walk in to Covent Garden. Steep stairs to the apartment and another flight to master bedroom (not suitable for anyone with mobility issues). We did not find it a deterrent. I would definitely stay here again and very happy to recommend

Negative: Traffic a little noisy at night (single glazing). I bought earplugs, so not a problem!

Positive: Entry codes were provided before we arrived and access to the flat was easy and uneventful. The pull out bed was already made for us, and there were snacks waiting for us. Location was excellent for sightseeing throughout London. Our family of 6 really enjoyed the flat, and the outdoor patio was a bonus given the heat wave London was experiencing. Linens were very nice with fluffy towels. Plenty of room for our family of 6.

Negative: This is not the owner's fault at all, but London was experiencing a heat wave. The flat does not have AC but fans were provided, and it did cool off at night.

Summary: Great Location and Size for Family of 6.
