Positive: spacious, close to the center, close to the bus and train station, close to the ASDA hypermarket, restaurants in the area, 2 underground parking spaces, 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms quiet and clean neighborhood

Negative: cleanliness, in one of the bedrooms the window did not close very well and it was cold, there were problems with the hot water, but I fixed it with the maintenance company. If you want to leave your luggage earlier than the check-in time, it will cost you £75. (quite a lot compared to a luggage box)

Summary: very good for the location and the space of the apartment

Positive: We have very little expectations of this place and suffice to say that the apartment was beautiful! It looked just like the pictures. The rooms were comfortable, the kitchen was amazing - lots of working appliances and potable water from the sink, and the living room has a big tv where everyone can watch and lounge. The area is also close to the bus stops so navigating through the city was easy enough - google maps/citymapper is your friend!

Negative: The door from the room closest to the entrance doesn’t close all the way, or maybe we just didn’t try to force it close cause we didn’t want to break anything. We also forgot to ask Mike (our host) about this so if a potential tenant is reading this - maybe ask him first about this :) There’s a 500 GBP refundable security deposit for this property as well, so be warned of that. However, there’s an option to just pay I think 35 GBP (non-refundable) that covers 500 GBP worth of damage, which we opted for instead. Just make sure to always read your emails and anything you sign as these terms might change.

Summary: Comfortable rooms, working facilities, and a very responsive host. Good for tourists!

Positive: Access and communication was excellent and free parking on site was superb. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The balcony was a bonus . Some of us did the Moonwalk so the location was excellent. It was warm but refreshing with the doors and windows open.

Negative: Although understandable we were not expecting to pay a large deposit in case of damage after we had paid for the apartment. Hopefully this will be returned soon .
