Summary: Quick trip to attend a family wedding and it was like staying at my grandmothers house. Had everything we needed and very comfortable. Downtown is two blocks and has very nice places to eat. Thank you for the hospitality!

Summary: Myself, two of my sons and 3 of my grandsons stayed at Azalea Cottage for a hunting weekend at our hunting lease (only 12 minutes from our lease). This is a great place, comfortable, clean and perfect for our needs. There is ample parking in the yard which was great for our trailer with the side by side. Although we didn't cook, the kitchen is stocked with pots, pans and dishes. The house is an old house, which we knew and expected, but it is kept up very well. As stated in other reviews, a mainline train track is a couple hundred yards away and the trains come by the house frequently. Not sure how some may take it but it never bothered any of us during our stay. The host Tracey responds back quickly on both emails and phone calls. The house is part of her family history and she is very attentive to her guest's needs. Not only would I stay here again, I am 100% sure that we will be staying here again. Thank you again Tracey.

Summary: This is my family's go to place to stay in Folkston! It's a great location and Tracey is so easy to communicate with. If you are staying in the area, I absolutely recommend this place!!!

Summary: This is such a great place to stay. It is within walking distance of local restaurants and shops. Grocery store just down the road. About an hour to Florida beaches or go north to Georgia beaches. There are mature trees in the yard and they are beautiful.

Summary: Clean home. Older, but very quaint and comfortable. Well stocked with coffee pot, toaster, pots and pans, dishes. Quite noisy because the train tracks are approximately 200 yards away. Took some getting used to but after the first night, it wasn’t an issue.

Summary: In Folkston for the weekend and Azalea Cottage was a perfect resting spot. It was close to the Folkston Funnel and walking distance of several restaurants. Clean, nice and had everything we needed!
