Simple and comfortable place to stay, located on a private dead end street. You can have comfort and affordability on 2 acres. The back of the property has a garage that is still currently used by a power wash company to park 2 vehicles, they leave in the morning and return in the evening, that is why such a great price. You can park an RV or trailer, plenty of space. Also we have a fenced in big backyard. 2 miles from Beaver Creek, 4 miles from downtown Apex. We have another house available next door

Summary: House is located close to everything you could want or do in Apex. Mark was a great host. The house was clean and the beds very comfortable.

Summary: We had spring break for our grandson, lots of fishing and quiet time. Back outdoor area was perfect. The only thing I would recommend is to check your propane. We were grilling and ran out of propane and had to get more.

Summary: Wonderful location for 2 guys fishing. Garage was even big enough to put the boat in so we didn't get wet. We'll most definitely be back!

Summary: Nice area!! Some construction across the road, but it wasn’t bad! It’s a dead end street and the last house so no traffic which was nice! It’s a nice house. The beds were prefect. My only ding was no yard flowers or such! I almost wanted to plant!!! All in all it was great! Thank you again!

Summary: I travel to the area often to visit family. This home was in a great location and was a great price. The home being close to my family’s home was just an added bonus. I will for sure consider staying there again.

Summary: Overall the residence was excellent with nice adequate furnishings, good central AC, was clean for the most part and very well stocked with kitchen appliances, utensil and supplies, bed linens, bath linens and even shampoo and conditioner. Property is at end of street with big front and fenced back yards with motion detected lighting, plus covered patio, gas grille and fire pit (a little firewood was also included) CONS: Lawns needed to be mowed. Patio covered with thick dirt (had to wash clean) Inside fireplace had burnt ashes and house was a little smelly. Faucets in shower/tub difficult to adjust and cannot change from shower to tub Flush handle on toilet sticks down in flush position Even with the above, the Pros outweighs the Cons and we very much enjoyed our stay and would certainly consider the property for a future stay!
