Clean, safe, quiet home away from home. NO CLEANING FEE if guests clean up after themselves. There will be a fee of a minimum of $75 if they do not.
Lots of space. Internet. Big, fenced in backyard (up to 2 dogs welcome with a pet fee of $50 but guests are still responsible for cleaning up after their pets). Please keep pets off of furniture/beds. Please bring bedding for your dogs and DO NOT use provided blankets etc for their bedding.
No events/parties, host lives next door so don’t even try. No more than 6 guests overnight, no exceptions. No guests of guests. Summary: This unit was very nice, however I did talk with the host about the bathroom tub which was very slippery and I fell in the tub while taking a shower. Aaron was very apologetic and agreed that a rubber tub matt was in order.
