Summary: This house was exactly what we needed. Each sister had a bedroom. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of pillows and cozy blankets. We took long walks each night down the dark road. So cool and quiet. Watched movies on the TV in the living room. Didn't play any games, that'll be on the to-do list for next time! Very clean, cold air vents and big shower needed to be cleaned. Nice location, just far enough off the city area.

Summary: House was very modern and clean. Plenty of room for 6 of us. My only complaint is upstairs wouldn’t cool much. There needs to be a separate unit for upstairs. Also, there was only a half bath upstairs so had to come downstairs for showers. Master bedroom and bath were very large and bathroom is beautiful. Huge shower! Other than that it was a nice peaceful wooded area but still close to restaurants, etc. Would definitely stay there again, just not in the summer months.

Summary: We stayed here for the weekend for a wedding. The location is very easy to find and very peaceful. Due to all the plans we had with the wedding I regret not getting to spend more time there. The property is very clean and spacious. My favorite thing about this is the front porch and the rocking chairs.

Summary: The property was clean and neat as promoted and expected. We were a party of 3: a retired adult couple and a retired adult friend attending a week long basket weaving course outside of McMinnville. The electronic entry code was forwarded to us the day of arrival and after a couple of attempts worked fine. We did have an entry issue one evening, as the keypad entry may have had a weak battery and wasn't accepting input. Issue was quickly addressed and resolved with a call to Courtney, the owner. We did use one of our Ott lights in the kitchen area for meal prep for extra lighting as we returned later in the evening. The facility had an external grill which worked great for burgers and sweet corn one evening. Fridge was ready with ice, stove with oven, and microwave worked well. Washing machine and dryer were used during the weeklong stay and worked great. The AC kept up well with the summer heat and humidity. It took a little searching to use the cable tv controls, but we managed to locate channels and various apps. Instructions for garbage, and checkout were clearly posted. Pots, pans, and kitchen utensils were provided as well as plates, cups, & glasses. We did not locate a toaster but used the broiler to toast english muffins for breakfast. Overall it was a great stay and accommodated our small group well. We would definitely stay again.
