Summary: Our group concluded their stay in Folkestone ten days ago. i've done family and group stays around the world in every sort of setting, and I can honestly say that I've never had a host who goes so above and beyond to help a group with their stay. The location was clean, spacious, and had every resource for a stay for a small group or large family. We had to do our mandatory travel quarantine after arriving internationally, and we received help and recommendations on everything from room setup for a large group, to grocery options for delivery, and the best takeout food nearby. We even got help on finding easy test-to-release options nearby. International travel is more complicated than ever right now, and knowing that you've got help on these issues takes so much anxiety out of the process. The property has three levels, which allows a large group to both have meeting places, and separate when needed, which comes in handy during an extended stay. The bonus entertainment options- apple TVand amazon prime- also helped pass the time, and the backyard was wonderful for group dinners and exercise or relaxation. Joanna was always a message away if we had questions, and the location is both close enough to the main shops and town but a convenient walk to the train and parks. As someone who comes often to Kent for English Channel swims, I think I've found a new group retreat that is perfect for its location and for our budget.

Summary: Perfect property for exploring Folkestone,had everything you could possibly need to make it a home from home. Loved the layout over 3 floors with plenty of room for kids and adults to relax and unwind. Thanks again Joanna,will book again if we come to Folkestone again.
