Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Deer Run. The house is comfortable and spacious. The expansive yard and relatively private setting are quite special since the property is also close to Route 1 and all its conveniences. It is a huge bonus to have the use of a Beach Pass for two wonderful Charlestown beaches, which are not far. In addition, Kettle Pond is within walking distance of the house, which was a nice alternative to the beach. Kyle is an excellent communicator and wonderful to work with. We hope to go back again next summer!
