Summary: Very clean rooms and friendly staff. They've done such a great job preserving this historic landmark. It's a real experience staying there. Funny note - our window kept opening by itself when we slept at night. The room got pretty cold so I told the owner about it and apparently it might have been a ghost. True story.

Summary: Clean room, good location. Not much within walking distance, but restaurants and the beach were just a short drive. Breakfast was not provided so we found a nice local coffee shop. Staff was friendly and helpful.
