Summary: Ideally located for access to everything in central Arcachon (beach, boats, shopping, Ville d'hiver, fabulous produce market, restaurants) yet miraculously quiet. The apartment is spacious, bright, airy, and comfortable (except for the bed pillows). We enjoyed the stereo. The owner, who guided us in to the convenient and secure garage parking, could have been clearer about the extra charges for linens (which should include pillow cases).

Summary: This is a very comfortable, modern and well maintained apartment 3 minutes away from the beach and right in the town centre. Despite its central location, it is very quiet. Upon arrival we have been met by the charming owners (French only spoken) who have been very welcoming and helpful. The apartment is very well equipped, cosy, exactly as described on the website and was a perfect base for our 2 week vacation. The kids loved their room and the terrace. Secure parking is a bonus as it gets very busy in the summer.

Summary: "This was an excellent apartment, new, clean and light. The amenities were great - we really appreciated the washing machine and kitchen. The owner is about to install wifi and we have based our 5/5 amenities rating on this being completed. The owner was excellent to deal with, straight-forward, helpful and honest in every way, a really nice guy. Arcochon is a nice place for a relaxing holiday, easy to get to good beaches by bus or ferry, and restaurants and railway station within easy strolling distance of the apartment. Strongly recommended."

Summary: "Super apartment in the centre of Arcachon, in perfect condition, close to everything, including the beach. No noise whatsoever, and indoor parking included. Only hassle was that we had to stop in the outskirts of Bordeaux to pick up the keys, before continuing to Arcachon."
