Positive: Very nice area,: restaurants, and yes, everything is walking distance. Filtered coffee was available on in the house with creamers. That's always nice!

Negative: Parking is not easy in that area, mostly 2 hour parking. Next time I won't rent a car and just Uber.

Positive: The location was good for the most part. The house was nice. The area was pretty good. Felt safe and secured.

Negative: No tv in the guest room. No iron and ironing board. The parking. The living couch was a bit uncomfortable.

Negative: There was no available parking. We parked at a parking garage that was about a 10 minute walk. The water pressure in the shower was very low.

Negative: The beds weren’t very comfy and the heating makes a very loud noise.

Positive: I've stayed in many units while visiting my family in Philadelphia and this was by far my favorite. It was in a great location, safe and walkable. It was clean and stocked with everything we needed. It was beautifully decorated and the hosts were very responsive. Check in was easy and the beds were very comfortable.

Negative: Nothing. I had zero issues during my stay!
