Summary: The home is nice, the neighborhood less so. We were disappointed in the shortage of toilet paper and mirrors in the house, as well as the considerable difficulty we had getting inside because of a glitch with the combo lock. I also was surprised that I was charged another 150 when I changed booking from 2 guests to 4. I probably just missed that in the listing.to super

Summary: The property and the renters were great. The house had been nicely renovated and had a great floor plan. It was a very interesting house, I really liked it. I live in the country, so the road noise probably bothered me a bit more than it would other people. This was the only reason for anything lower than a 5 star rating. I struggle to sleep in hotels for the exact same reason. It did quiet down through the night, just that you know. The gas stove was awesome to have, a really nice and modern fridge as well. The whole house has been updated nicely and it does have a lot of charm.

Summary: We stayed at this house in Jan and the weather was below freezing. The house was clean, warm and cozy, although the water in the shower did not remain hot after the first person. The appliances in the kitchen were modern and high quality. The house is on a busy street.

Summary: Great location! Lots to do in Newark. Thehouse is on a busy street, but it wasn't too big of a deal. Just a little loud at night if you're not used to it. Host allowed us to do a late checkout which was awesome!! Very clean and comfortable
