Positive: Location was great. Nice open plan in kitchen and living room. Bedrooms was a good size. Was clean. Nice pub to eat at Royal Oak. When sunflower picking on no Hayling island and to the beach very nice.

Negative: Only issues, big light in living room was not working. But other lights so wasn’t too much of a problem. Bit of traffic noise in main bedroom. Could do with blackout curtains or blind in the second room.

Positive: The hosts communicated clearly and when we got there, there was a welcome pack of groceries and there were cupboards full of spices, condiments and other useful foods. Never felt so welcome at any apartment. Great garden and facilities and proximity to two nice pubs and several great local restaurants makes this a special place to stay.

Summary: The most comfortable rental house i have ever stayed in - great location, superb helpful hosts.

Positive: The location was very good. The beds were clean and comfortable. Netflix was available Parking was great, right next to the house.

Negative: The bathroom door would not close or lock The stair carpet is loose in areas

Negative: Road noise from the busy main road noticeable at night in back bedroom . Quiet at the front. Took a while to get used to the back doors ,left back door hard to open. Hoover needs replacing

Positive: Location was superb. Personally, I really appreciated the natural area and historic references. The accommodation itself offered everything that was needed and advertised. Parking right outside the property was a bonus although a tight squeeze.
