Positive: The flat is on the 3rd floor. Very spacious, bright, airy and comfortable. Excellent views from the windows in the dining area and you can see the sea in the far distance. You can have access to a private beach and it is a bonus. Roughly 10 minutes walk and you are in Charlestown, a lovely harbour with a few pubs and restaurants. The host is friendly and responded to us very quickly.

Negative: There was a big patch of dry stain on the kitchen table top that we had to remove using washing up liquid and antibacterial wipes when we arrived.
