It is one of a kind, from the moment you come through the gate of this private-walled estate you will be in paradise. It is only five miles to the white sands of Bradenton Beach, minutes from Anna Maria Island, Longboat Key and many more. Close to everything the Bradenton, Sarasota area has to offer. There are 3 spacious bedrooms and 3-1/2 baths. With a queen size, pull-out couch, the game room may double as a 4th bedroom. This home is 3,000 square feet under air and 4,400 square feet under roof. The lanai is large enough for a dining area, and seating area with TV so you can keep track of your favorite team score and still watch the kids in the oversized pool. Don't forget the wet bar with seating and fridge to keep your drinks cold. Wet bathing suits no problem. There is an outside Β½ bathroom for your convenience and an outside shower too! Just want to soak up the sun? Choose one of the two patios one has a private entrance to the master bedroom, the other a gathering point for all with a fire table.
This property is completely walled with two entrances the front entrance electric gate has a remote control for your convenience, also keypad access from outside the gate. The kids and four-legged friends can remain safe inside the wall and still have the freedom to run and play.
