Positive: The location was fin e . This is the second year our group has booked this house and we really like it.

Negative: However, it was most unfortunate that there was no gas so that the gas stove was not available for use. I ts all very well saying where to access a new gas cylinder but not really useful when you arrive in Friday night and are planning to cook dinner. I do feel these things should be checked before each tenant arrives. Also there are contradictory messages with the garbage.in the book it says leave at the house but then you receive a message on Sunday night telling you to put it jet side.!😳

Positive: The house had a terrific layout, very comfortable. The house felt like a home and was very inviting. Excellent facilities. Absolute quality.

Negative: Communication could be better. I.e. we received a text on the morning of departure instructing us on the bins. It was vague but it came from a mobile that was off so I could not gain clarity. Secondly, on our return to our home on Sunday night, I saw an email from the agent with instructions for the linen. Had this been made clear on the list on the fridge, we could have complied.

Summary: In short, we loved our time in this home and would absolutely stay again.
