Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Modern house with comfortable bedrooms, a lot of space, well working airconditioning. Convience garage

Negative: Dirty bbq, dirt swimming pool, dirty washing machine, dirty fireplace, we were not able to use retractable screens - against pests - risk of the 1000 AUSD penalty. We were not informed before arrival about such obligation/ especially in high season of the pests outside. We were not able to enjoy garden and bbq area in the evening. We were wrongly informed about ocean distance - 30 meteres from the property. Realistic distance from the property is around 500 meteres. Be aware of you are expecting ocean in short distance you will be disappointed like we were :(

Summary: Great House which need improvement and much more proper information in advance. Frogs are signing fantastic in the night
