Positive: Clean and tidy, perfect location for the Jewellery Quarter & Assay Office. Secure parking on site a big plus. Very quiet and peaceful at night.

Negative: I think some kind of welcome pack would be great. Akin to a ‘you are here’ and this is what’s around you to see and do, also good places to eat in the area. I personally would have found this very useful.

Negative: It was very warm and some fixtures and fittings needed attention. There are no curtains, only slatted blinds, so with the summer nights/mornings and security lights, it felt like perpetual daylight! Don’t put too much stock in the noise ‘controls,’ the area itself is very noisy.
