This condo suite has a king size bed in a separate bedroom and also features a pull out sofa bed in the living area to accommodate additional guests. Make yourself comfortable while taking in partial lake views from the private balcony. The kitchenette features all of the amenities you will need for an easy meal or quick snack. You and your guests are cordially invited to enjoy all that our resort property has to offer, including the indoor and outdoor pools, game room and fitness center, making it perfect for your family’s weekend retreat or an exciting, romantic getaway.
The kitchenette includes a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, dishes & utensils, and coffee maker with complimentary coffee. (Please note, there is no stove top or oven.)

The resort has great amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, indoor hot tub, game room, fitness center, meeting rooms, and laundry facilities. Comfortable lobby features a panoramic view of Delavan Lake!
Sun by the crystal clear outdoor lakeside pool or relax in the shade. To end the day, take a soak in the indoor hot tub. Pool towels are provided at the front desk.
Then come inside to watch cable TV. Free Wi-Fi. Enjoy a cozy evening in front of the modern gas fireplace curled up with your favorite book.

Please note, parking at this property is limited. When the hotel is full, we will issue one parking permit per unit. Please plan accordingly as we are not able to guarantee any additional parking Please display your permit on your dashboard. Trailer parking is not permitted. Violators may be towed at vehicle owner's expense. For any questions or concerns, please call the front desk.
There is limited public parking in front of the resort, on our side of the street. Please be aware, this is public parking and not under our control and the terrain is irregular. The Town of Delavan requires anyone who chooses to park on the roadside to have all four tires on the grass or the town has the right to tow and ticket your vehicle or trailer.

Summary: This place was lovely! The perfect weekend getaway. It is evident upon arrival that the owners have taken great pride in taking care of and updating their space. It was perfect for myself, husband, and 5 & 7 year old boys. We used the pool often and the arcade was fun and exciting for their ages. Everything is within quick driving distance and the space was cozy for some time in to relax. Thank for your effort in making our stay enjoyable!
