Beautifully situated luxury holiday home with solar-heated covered outdoor infinity pool 8 x 5 metres incl. counter-current system, infrared sauna, rainwater shower and well-equipped fitness centre incl. rowing machine and cardio bike. The 202 square metre holiday home impresses with its modern architecture designed by star architect Dieter Schneider and his team. The entire property has approx. 3000 square metres, it has a forest area, a stream with a distinctive flora and fauna flows across the entire property. The property is bordered by a meadow orchard and forest. There is a large barbecue area with benches and a table on the property. There is a lockable, barrier-free steel container for bicycles, in which the bicycles can be locked away. The outdoor pool is heated purely ecologically by a solar system, so its temperature depends on the respective weather conditions. Only organic building materials were used in the house. The oak parquet flooring is oiled and not sealed. The very large glass fronts allow you to live in the middle of nature and watch the birds and wild animals migrating. The house has a wood-burning stove for parallel heating to the existing underfloor heating, which is located throughout the house. The house is furnished with designer furniture (e.g. COR, Stokke-Varier, KFF, i-bed, scandicdesign, etc.). Each bedroom has a television. The kitchen is fully equipped.
