Positive: We spent a wonderful family Christmas at 23 Daniel Street. A beautiful town house in a lovely street close to the centre of Bath and just around the corner from the brilliant Pulteney Arms pub! The house was set up perfectly, clean and just great for a family Christmas with an amazing kitchen, lounge and bedrooms. Would definitely recommend!

Positive: The property was beautiful and finished to a very high standard. It was super comfortable and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay near Bath.

Negative: There were no instructions around heating and there were two different thermostats for the kitchen and rest of the house. So we spent the first night a little cold whilst we figured that out. Also, it would have been nice if a permit to park was included with the property. If you’re using public transport to get here then perfect, if not, parking is a bit of a nightmare.

Summary: Modern, comfortable and perfectly located long weekend accommodation.

Negative: Disappointed there was no response to our question re parking on arrival. We arrived with two cars and had to park 10 mins away (£35 each), there was hardly any toilet paper in the toilets, no shower gel and no refuse bags. At night we found fairly large black bugs on the kitchen floor. Overall we were very underwhelmed by the experience.
