Summary: Very spacious and clean place. Walking distance to downtown Livermore with shops and restaurants. Owner was very responsive. Love the full kitchen, coffee maker, electric hot water maker, modern bathrooms and vanities with lots of counter space for our needs. We weren’t expecting a tenant to be living upstairs above us. While the tenant upstairs was quiet, I was always a bit worried about disturbing the tenant upstairs.

Summary: This property is clean/modern/lots of space and graciously accommodates dogs. However, it is on a very busy, noisy street. It served our purpose while our house was being worked on, but I wouldn’t recommend for a vacation spot.

Summary: Have family that lives in Livermore. Location was great. Walking distance to downtown and a lot to do. House was as advertised, really exceeded our expectation. When we go out again will definitely try to get this home again.

Summary: We celebrated our grandsons birthday with family. The house was perfect for our family with plenty of space for our grandchildren. The kitchen was well equipped with appliances. The beds were comfortable, as well. We enjoyed walks in the neighborhood and felt safe. Overall, we would highly recommend and look forward to returning. The host was engaged and helpful, too. Summary: Very well appointed and very comfortable home in Livermore. We loved how close it was to the fun downtown and all the charming restaurants and cafes. It was fun to visit nearby wineries with our family and return in the evening to this lovely home. The owner was super responsive to all our questions and needs. Thank you for a great stay. Summary: The house is literally brand new and very nicely furnished and appointed with modern appliances. Kitchen stocked with everything you can think of. The master bedroom and bathroom are enormous and very comfortable. It is also just a few short blocks to downtown Livermore. Overall definitely a 5+ star stay here, a great option for a place to stay in Livermore.
