Positive: We stayed at the apartment for one week at the beginning of August. Getting the key was easy, the host Nicolas is very friendly and helpul. The apartment was perfect for us, everything is like in the description. From the balcony you have a stunning view over the sea and we loved having a glass of rosé wine there in the evenings. A little bakery and a supermarket are nearby and it‘s also no problem getting to the old town. You can either use the bus (12+) along the seafront or the tram that runs directly behind the building. We will definitely come back! 😃

Positive: The view from the front room was just as depicted, and it was gorgeous. The outside of the building is newly painted and pretty. There is absolutely no on-site parking at the apartment. The tram runs just behind the building, but we were disappointed to learn that it did not make stops near the property for the entire week we were in the area because of security concerns related to an international ocean conference in Nice. The air-conditioning worked well, but it sometimes went off for some reason. We didn’t use the microwave, dishwasher or laundry machine, but they would be helpful to some people. We appreciated using the drying rack for towels. The apartment is furnished with a small couch that converts to a single bed, which was very helpful for us. We were glad about the elevator in the building. The manager was very friendly and welcoming.

Negative: The biggest problem was the musty and dirty smell of the towels that were provided, as well as the small tears and stains in the bedsheets. The property manager should replace the sheets and towels. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor, and it caused a mildew smell in that area of the apartment. We were surprised that the manager only provided two rolls of brown toilet paper for 4 people for 4 days. In general, we were expecting a few more amenities than we received. We wish that we could have had two keys rather than just one.

Positive: We had a wonderful stay in Nice, and this apartment made it even more special. It was bright, clean, and very comfortable — just like in the photos. The location was perfect — view from balcony was amazing, a short walk to the beach, shops nearby, comfortable connection with public transport in Nice. In the apparent we had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Owner Nicolas was very polite and always on the phone, when it was necessary. Highly recommend this place for visiting the French Riviera!

Positive: We are recently stayed at Promenade 219 in Nice, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The apartment is spacious, clean, and good decorated, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The view of the sea from the balcony is simply breathtaking — perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The location is ideal, right on the famous Promenade des Anglais, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. Nicolas was very welcoming, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. I would highly recommend Promenade 219 to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay in Nice. I would definitely love to come back!

Positive: The location was good for us in as much as it was a short tram or bus journey to Nice centre. Local amenities were good. Local shops were easy to reach in order to buy essential items for our stay.

Negative: 2 windows had modern shutters which worked well to keep out the light. However, 2 windows also had old fashioned wooden shutters which didn’t work well at keeping out the strong street lighting at night which made sleeping more difficult.

Summary: Overall, very enjoyable. A little more investment in the property would make it even better.
