Summary: "This beautiful and reasonably-priced apartment is quiet, well-kept and, best of all, it has a wonderful balcony to savor stunning views of Nice, day and night (the photos on the web are accurate)! Plenty of room for a family of 4. Just minutes from both downtown and the airport, it is well-situated for trips to the old city, the Promenade d’Anglais or to surrounding cities (and there is no problem parking here). Summary: The apartment looks even better than the photos online. Perched atop a hill in the residential Fabron neighborhood, it commands a sweeping view of the Baie des Anges in Nice. Parking is within the gated area for additional security. Philippe is a super host who makes sure all is taken care of. This spot is ideal for quiet couples looking for serenity away from the noisy touristy areas closer to the beach. Greatly recommended!

Summary: We had a lovely holiday in Nice and really enjoyed staying in this apartment. Although it is located just outside the city centre, there is a really convenient bus route ~10 min walk downhill from the apartment which takes you to the beach, city centre and the train station for easy day trips to other towns along the coast. We really enjoyed escaping the city to the peaceful surroundings of our apartment in the evenings, and loved eating on the balcony with its amazing views. The owner was very helpful and easy to contact if we needed assistance during our stay - thank you!

Summary: "So much more than I expected when we rented. The view is fabulous. The owner, Philippe, is friendly, hospitable, kind, and a true gentleman. He made our settling in pleasant and provided plenty of advice on the best places to go and things to see. As a family location this was an excellent place to stay. Out of the centre of Nice the location is quiet and serene. Absolutely recommended."

Summary: "I stayed in Nice for the duration of a week and was thoroughly impressed with this self catering accommodation. It was quiet, clean, spacious, and has a real ‘homely’ feel to it. What makes this a 5 star rating for me was the terrace which is accessible from both the bedroom and the lounge which offers a spectacular view of Nice, overlooking the sea. The owner Philippe is also very pleasant and welcoming which adds to the experience and he is on hand for any queries and is happy to provide you with local info, tips and ideas for days out. I would highly recommend this apartment for either a romantic break for couples or a family Holiday. It worked out cheaper than any of the hotels that I had considered staying in for the same duration of time and for the amount of space and scenery that we had, it was truly worth every penny."
