Positive: It's in a really good location. The beach wasn't crowded. The grounds are beautiful. The turtles 🐢 were fascinating. It was so easy to get to the beach ⛱️. The grassy area just outside the patio was perfect for the kids. The patio is awesome! The complex was quiet, and everyone was so friendly. Besides the turtles everywhere, we saw bunnies, lizards, and even a bald eagle! The condo was perfectly sized for all of us (5 adults, 4 children). Our daughter found someone who rented out cribs, so they had a king-sized bed, 2 cribs, and a travel crib in their room. The kitchen had everything we needed except a bottle brush. The water got really hot, which I was really pleased about. The dryer was a little noisy when you first turned it on, but it soon got quiet, and it worked really well, as did the washing machine and the dishwasher.

Negative: Yes, the condo could use some updates. The tile in the kitchen needs repaired or replaced because some of them were cracked or loose, but it didn't hinder us moving around the kitchen at all. One of the twin beds is pretty broken down, but that could be easily fixed with a new mattress. The tub faucet dripped water if it wasn't shut off just so, but as I don't have to pay the water bill, it didn't affect us at all. None of these things would stop us from renting this condo again, except maybe if they didn't replace the mattress on the one twin.
