Positive: Cottage was very quiant and well equipped. The garden was amazing. Our little dog loved it. It was also nice and quiet.

Negative: The location was rather remote with little one car tracks with pull in places. The beach was much further away than we expected., and the walk to get there was exceptionally steep and uneven. Shame about the downstairs bathroom, especially when you're in your 70s. A welcome pack would have been nice. At some cottages we've been left bread, butter, jam, cake, tea and coffee. However there was tea and coffee provided. It would have been nice if there were some games. At other cottages there have been cards and board games abd jigsaws.

Summary: Wet and rainy. We didn't stay for the whole week, only 4 nights then gave up

Positive: Location was perfect for our needs and even better than our expectations. Kitchen and bathroom were well equipped. Whilst a few things like salt and pepper would be helpful I appreciate that having no food at all is easier for all. A couple of books or toys, especially outdoor toys eg a ball, would have been nice.

Negative: There could have been a high chair! Fortunately we had a substitute.

Summary: A wonderful week! We will return without children to do lovely walks.
