Positive: A nice place to stay. Private pool, quiet. Solid air-conditioning. Large fridge, coffee maker, toaster, stovetop (didn't use). A really nice home-away-from-home. The property is about 5-10 minute walk to El Tunco village/beach and about a 5-10 minute drive to a large supermarket. If you are surfing, the walk to El Sunzal surf point is a bit further down the "beach" (mostly rocks) from El Tunco - probably about 10 more minutes. Bring surf booties. I would definitely return to this property & would recommend it to friends....for some reason is says "solo traveler" & I can't figure out how to change that but it was me, wife & kid. Regardless, I would recommend for families or solo travelers.

Negative: They had "scent" plug-ins, which we didn't like. Some people like these scent-things (we don't). So, we unplugged them and ran the fan. The smell went away quickly. Easy fix to a small issue.

Summary: Nice Place, Private Pool, Everything You Need.
