Positive: The house itself was clean and tidy and had the majority of what we required as a family.

Negative: I was informed prior to booking that the garden was secure for our dogs to which it was not! This became an issue, and we could not utilise all of the garden due to this (the main reason we booked this property was due to the size of the garden for our dogs).

Positive: Stunning location with fabulous sea views which was well situated for all beaches and the city. Very spacious and well equipped. Very comfortable beds! Great size garden for the children to run about in.

Negative: The hot tub, which was a big selling point when booking the house, didn't heat up above 28 degrees and despite getting someone out mid week to fix it to no avail, we could not use it. When we got there the grass was 8 inches long and it took until Wednesday evening for someone to cut it. The table top on the balcony was missing so we couldn't have meals up there.

Summary: Very enjoyable week but it was marred by constant texts to the management to get things put right!

Positive: Plenty of space and well stocked kitchen equipment. Fantastic and enormous garden space. Lovely area, peaceful plenty of lovely walks along the coast path.

Negative: One shower was out of action and the others were a bit low on water pressure. It was OK and everything else made up for it.

Summary: Thoroughly enjoyed by us all, many thanks!

Positive: The location and space inside the house were excellent.

Negative: The premises could do with a deep clean. Whilst crawling on the floor our granddaughter attracted dirt onto her knees and hands. Under the settee was frankly a disgrace and definitely had not been hoovered in months. There were some problems with an oil leak and a radiator leak which were dealt with as quickly as possible but I felt these didn't just happen when we go there and could have been dealt with before we arrived. I do not like to leave negative reviews but felt I must at least be honest.

Summary: Good but could have been great.
