Positive: The apartment feels very nice and comfortable. It is close to a big mall and both métro and RER stations (the reason I chose it). Picking up the keys is done without having to talk with a person. There were water bottles provided. Connecting to the internet was very simple. The owner also responds quickly to any issues. So basically everything's great except that there's just one major downside...

Negative: ...and it's that it's impossible to sleep here. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable plus the place was right next to a busy a highway. I read the reviews about the highway and thought it was just a slight inconvenience because people were still leaving good ratings but no. I had ear plugs but still heard the noise from it. But even worse than the highway were the pillows, they must've been the worst pillows I've ever experienced. I told the owner about it in the morning and they broguht me normal ones but it was too late at this point. I just wish they had put normal pillows immediately... So if you fall asleep easily none of this will be a problem but if you have a hard time sleeping avoid this apartment. Also avoid it if you're not solo. It says that the apartment is for 4 people but there's no way this is good for 4, it's like 2 people MAX and even that is a stretch.

Positive: Everything was great, the place is very clean and the owner helped me so much when needed. Even the rest of the building is well taken care of. I'll definitely choose this place again, 5 stars all deserved!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ And the bed was extremely comfortable too!!!

Negative: Nothing. You can reach public transportation very easily to go to the city center, the train station could've been closer but we did everything by walking and it wasn't that far. If it was closer maybe we would've heard the noise, so it's better this way after all.

Positive: When arriving on the apartment the owner already turned on all heaters very nice,, the location of the apartment was perfect, 10m of carrefour 10m of train 5m of restaurants. All was very clear with owner and very easy to reach.

Negative: The couch where our kids slept was not very comfortable, the sheets does not fit well in the couch. Regarding heaters we could not change the temperature of them (we could have asked owner but we didn't so our fault). Since the apartment is very close to the "highway" the cars are very noisy

Positive: The train station is rather close to the apartment (9min by foot), but to reach the centre of Paris you need to take train and then metro. Good news that a new metro station is coming soon to this district. It will be easier to reach Paris, 11 line will take you to stop "Chatelet" which is perfect to jump on other lines or to reach Louvre museum in only 7 min by foot. Apartment was very clean, we found everything we need.

Negative: As other people mentioned, the noise from the street is rather high and disturbant. I needed earplugs to sleep but it didn't bother my family. Also ventilation in the building is not very good, sometimes we felt other people cooking or smoking.

Summary: We found this apartment worth the price. With a new metro station it will be even a better deal.
