Negative: the owner or the contact person fixed it when informed. just comment: bathroom trash can too small AC is on auto not sure if its just us that we don't now how to set it to just simply ON what happens is it in auto and will get warm and then AC auto will kick in and turn on again

Positive: Very convenient to freeways and many areas of Sacramento like Midtown commercial area, Downtown, Old Sac, East Sacramento, Sac State. House is compact but also clean, organized, and well-appointed with everything you could need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. It is an older house but renovation has been done in the spaces that count. Decor is whimsical and quirky (outer space, southwestern cactus theme), bringing a smile to your face. Location is quiet, almost too quiet, as there is a government maintenance building across the street. Windows and doors are well-sealed with little to no street or freeway noise. Tons of restaurants, groceries, and shops are within 10-15 minute drive. Appreciated that it was pet-friendly for an extra fee.

Negative: Neighborhood is very quiet and a bit industrial looking, so there were initial concerns with safety but we quickly figured out the house is secure, has security cameras (like all the other neighbors), and the area is mostly just quiet and not dangerous in our experience.

The hosts were communicative and the checkin message was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful as cleaning and readiness to recieve guests was done before expected time , ensuring a smooth check-in. The decor was beautifully curated, creating a stylish atmosphere. Thoughtful touches like the complimentary wine , crisp clean linen and a well-equiped kitchen added to the comfort. The outdoor sitting area was a real highlight—perfect for enjoying morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. Every detail, from the comfortable furnishings to the charming outdoor space, made it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a comfortable and inviting stay!

Positive: Very convenient location—everything within a few minutes drive! Check in was incredibly simple with a key code. Very comfortable beds and great kitchen that was well stocked. Cool funky decor. Awesome shower. Fun moments throughout the house and Large back deck. Overall amazing stay!
