Positive: The landscaping

Negative: The scented night light... the scent is so artificial. I had to take it and put it in a Tupperware container. And, even then, the scent diffused through. I'm sensitive to artificial scents. It would be terrible for someone with asthma or hypersensitive situation. It made my experience in the condo unpleasant for a few days.

Summary: Other than the scented night light, my stay went well.

Positive: Position is great,tram and bus are steps away to move around. Staff can speak both italian and english to help you. The apartment was perfectly clean.

Positive: Fantastic location. Renovated, modern, well equipped, clean, comfortable, quiet, very enjoyable overall.

Negative: They advertise they have a dishwasher and that’s not true. We found very little hand soap and dishwashing soap. No wine bottle opener. But these are small things when they gave us so much kitchen utensils, cups, dishes, pots and pans, everything seemed to be new.

Summary: It was wonderful. I would have appreciated if they could leave a tourist map for guests

Positive: Great recommendations for the location. You are in the center of Nice. You will find an apartment very easily and quickly

Negative: A few days before the start of the arrangement, they insisted to paid deposit in the amount of 200 EUR. They have not set a damage deposit to cover possible damages, and it was not stated on the terms and conditions under my reservation and on the website. Booking didn't protect me, so I had to pay a deposit. That's the amount I was practically denied on the trip. Be sure to take pictures of the entire apartment before entering and upon leaving, so that the deposit will be returned to you upon departure. Unfortunately, this left a bad impression.
