This comfortable home offers a wonderful seaside escape in the beautiful coastal town of Mallacoota. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and second with a double bed. There is also a trundle bed in the loungeroom for which linen can be provided (please make this request at the time of your booking). The property has one Jack and Jill bathroom ( 2 door entry ) making it perfect for families, a spacious living and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.
Offering all the creature comforts of home, this tastefully decorated holiday rental is located roughly 600 meters from Mallacoota's town centre, and roughly 2km from the main wharf and the main surf beaches. The kitchen is fully equipped and the property offers a wide selection of books, novels, DVDs and board games to help guests rest and relax whilst enjoying their holiday.
The property is pet friendly, and the back courtyard and (small) grassed area is fully fenced. We welcome your furry friends at our property, with a limit of two pets. Please keep pets off furniture. . Guests are asked to be considerate of neighbours when travelling with their pets and to leave the courtyard and grassed area free from pet droppings on their departure.
There is a fan forced, wood fire heater at the property. For summer, the loungeroom is airconditioned and each bedroom is supplied with a portable fan.
The property also has a BBQ and a small fire-pit. There is also a washing machine and clothesline for guest use.

Summary: House was clean. Good size kitchen. Good size bathroom. Some nice extras added like chocolate biscuits and bottle of wine. Good location, close to everything. Only criticism is that there is way too much clutter by way of bulky side tables in lounge. De clutter and add some new taller side lamps to bedrooms that you can read by and perfect! Overall we had a lovely stay. Thank you.
