Summary: This is the walkout basement of a nice house. Two streets up the hill from the neighborhood playground. Quiet area. Nicely furnished kitchen, two comfy bedrooms. FYI you go down the stairs from the garage, and through one bedroom to get to the living/kitchen area and other bedroom.
