Positive: We were fortunate to have found this amazing apartment that was well located, on a bus route, and had incredible views with a large, private rooftop patio. Our view of the Capitol is worth the time spent on the rooftop. Definite bonus. Getting around DC was easy enough as we were familiar with the buses and Subway. The bus stop being right across the street was a huge plus, for us. There are a few great restaurants nearby and a small market across the street. We did not get to the market, but we're able to find places to eat close by. The apartment is large, spacious, well planned out, and has everything you need to feel at home. I don't want to forget comfy beds and pillows, clean linens, and the apartment overall was spotless. Host was very responsive and gave us great links to local spots to visit. Leaving us a San Pellegrino and some chocolate was probably one of the nicest touches we've seen in a long time. We definitely will make it back and request to stay here okay.

Negative: If I had to say one thing that may be a negative for others, but was not for us, would be that there is no elevator. However, we knew this going in, and we were able to plan accordingly with our luggage and such.

Negative: Though there was no elevator, the trade off was worthy the price and excellent accommodations.
